Our Teabo class is a high-energy workout that combines martial arts moves with cardio exercises. You’ll be punching and kicking your way to a stronger body and mind.
Our Tabata class is a popular form of high-intensity interval training that will push you to your limits. You’ll be performing short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief

periods of rest.
If you’re looking for something a little more traditional, our traditional dance class might be just what you need. You’ll learn various dance styles and techniques while getting a great workout.
And if you’re ready to really let loose, come try our Zumba class. This Latin-inspired dance party is perfect for anyone who loves to move and groove.
No matter which class you choose, you’ll be surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are all working towards their fitness goals. Our certified instructors will guide you through each class, providing modifications and encouragement as needed.
