The Prama / Synergy Zone is the perfect place to get your workout in, have some fun and socialize at the same time. This area includes a variety of exercise classes like tae bo, tabata, Zumba, and PRAMA, as well as aerobic workouts inspired by traditional Ethiopian dances. There are benefits for everyone in this zone, including improved breathing, increased flexibility, and doing some simple strength training. This area is for everyone unless individuals havedoctor’s restrictions.
